U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan denied Sam Bankman-Fried’s motion for a new trial on Tuesday, rejecting claims that witnesses had faced “threats from the government.”
The judge called Bankman-Fried’s allegations “wildly conspiratorial and entirely contradicted by the record.”
